v1 bug fix - new dog and adding to class

Hello All,

In the first version of E|Dogtrainer I have found a couple of bugs w/ the creating a new dog and simultaneous adding the new dog to a class. These generated some errors and caused the dog to be created but not added to the class. This has been fix. Please contact support@edogtrainer.com if this isn't working for your account.
